Dr Mills and his staff are excellent care providers. There's no Doctor that stands above him for care of his patents. He has been my families physician right from his beginn8ng his practice at Toccia Clinic. He actually saved my mom's life. She was having silent aspirations and he diagnosed her condition. I feel Dr Mills gave her a life of 10 years longer. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful caring physician in our community.

Our physician in SC served my family over 40 years. I'm establishing a trust for our future years to stay healthy, and feel confident we are in good care. Relate well to Dr Mills, he has been involved in my care for about 25 years. There was a point where my care was primarily moved to nurse practioner, but I had as much confidence in him as dr mills. I believe Dr Mills has always had some input in my care even indirectly. Am confident the Dr Mills will ALWAYS be up to date on my health situation when I need him to get directly involved. Dr Mills has been the best, honest, straightforward, most open & reliable primary care doctor I've ever had. He is always up to date on my situation, even though I am under care of several other doctors, he takes the time to review their conclusions and keep them in mind when we discuss my current issue. Dr Mills makes me feel like he truly strives to stay on top of ALL my issues and how they may interact and affect each other. I have complete confidence in his diagnosis advice and referrals. I trust him with my life on a regular basis.

I recently had a very bad experience with a pain management Dr. I asked for an appointment with my primary doctor, Dr Mills, they got me an appointment the same day knowing I was in distress. I go to Dr Mills for all my medical problems because he talks to me man to man.he knows what I'm going through and he's always there for me. Don't know what I'd do without him.
