My Dr listens to my needs and concerns and talks with me about them. Some doctors are very cold and don't seem to really care but you can tell that Rebecca does. She is the most pleasant and easy to talk to doctor that I've ever had.

Dr. Ando was a great listener, empathetic, personable, gentle, had great bedside manner, and I will definitely keep her on my healthcare team. Her staff was also very kind and I didn't have to wait long to be taken back nor to be seen. I was very pleased with my first time visit. I was a little intimidated with the large waiting room but in the end it was not a big deal compared to the great care I received.

For it being our first visit, she was amazing! I was extremely comfortable with her and it felt like she has been seeing me for years. She was very down to earth and did not talk at me or over me.
