Rebecca Ando, MD

I had not seen a gynecologist in many years, and was referred to Dr. Ando in an emergency situation. She was wonderful, kind , obviously very knowledgeable about my situation, explained things well, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Ando was fantastic. I was able to discuss concerns and ask questions about my pregnancy, as this is my first. She gave clear answers and explained them thoroughly. I left the appointment feeling confident in myself and in the team that will be caring for me during my pregnancy.

Dr Ando is a brilliant and caring physician. She has been able to get to the root of a problem I have had for 25 years. During this time I have been under the care of a urologist, but I have learned the treatment for my bladder should have been treatment for a vaginal infection. What a huge burden has been lifted because Dr. Ando took a specimen and looked under the microscope. Thus, she was able to treat me with a vaginal antibiotic. My symptoms are nearly resolved!!! And in another month, this nearly 25 year saga should be completely resolved. All this is due to a brilliant and very caring physician who LISTENS, really listens. Dr. Ando is in a league of her own. I will be forever grateful, and so will my husband.

Dr Ando is an exceptional provider. Her bedside manner is wonderful and she is thorough with her exams. I always feel like she listens and does not rush me. She cares about me and my family, not just checking the boxes of doing her job. Her office is often running behind schedule so the wait is usually long but it's always worth it to see her. Doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. I know it's not typical but we've both had a similar surgery done that can affect certain aspects of my care, and it's nice having a doctor with personal knowledge/understanding of the experiences that I may be dealing with. Ultrasound tech was also very friendly and made the experience very exciting/pleasant for my husband and I.

My Dr listens to my needs and concerns and talks with me about them. Some doctors are very cold and don't seem to really care but you can tell that Rebecca does. She is the most pleasant and easy to talk to doctor that I've ever had.

Dr. Ando was a great listener, empathetic, personable, gentle, had great bedside manner, and I will definitely keep her on my healthcare team. Her staff was also very kind and I didn't have to wait long to be taken back nor to be seen. I was very pleased with my first time visit. I was a little intimidated with the large waiting room but in the end it was not a big deal compared to the great care I received.

For it being our first visit, she was amazing! I was extremely comfortable with her and it felt like she has been seeing me for years. She was very down to earth and did not talk at me or over me.
