Dr Merchant is a wonderful doctor that I have been seeing for a few years now.

The receptionist's are always kind and easy to talk to. The medical assistants are efficient and communicate well. Dr. Merchant seems to listen intently to any concerns I may have. I appreciate that he holds eye contact and doesn't type while I answer questions. He offers suggestions but also asks how I would like to proceed.

Listens very well

I am very pleased with Dr Merchant; he is very knowledgeable about medication and checks to see if there is a possibility of medication interaction with each other as well as my kidney and liver. . I had to switch my appointment to a virtual one due to my eta. Lots of traffic etc. The customer care and appointment was the one to recommend a virtual one. I was extremely touched by the front desk staff. I was reassured and felt that Care and genuine compassion to help me by suggesting a solution ( virtual appointment) I apologize that her name escapes me at the moment. She has been very supportive and helpful, plus she is a very genuine person. I always appreciate her kindness and willingness to explain things to me as well. Truthfully, I try to be early to my appointments, to just visit with her if she is not busy. As you can tell, I have been very happy with Dr Merchant and his team, actually from day one.

This provider is very much straight to the point. He lacks the ability to be personable and I do not feel at ease to talk with him.
