My experience is seeing doctors take good care of my baby with a lot of love and patience. They are the best doctors there are because they take good care of their patients.

It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Farley. She's personable, knows my daughter's medical history, listens to all questions/concern, and thorough with explanations. Great bed side manner. She engages in conversation with my daughter and also ask ifnI have any concerns. She's been our pediatrician for 13 years now! Blessed to have her.

I would like the people who work as interpreters to be better and to convey everything we want, as parents, to the doctors. During this appointment, the interpreter did not communicate everything I wanted to say to the doctor. There is a need for improvement in translation.

Dr. Farley always takes the time to listen completely to our comments or concerns. She makes the children feel comfortable about being there and engages them. She is the reason we go to TLC-Pedi! She is excellent at what she does and doesn't make us feel rushed or unheard. We appreciate her. Also, it should be noted that making appointments has been SO much better in the last year or 2 from what it used to be (waiting on hold for an hour and still not getting an appointment) - so good job on whatever changes were made to make that a better process!

I have stood up for my three children and I have had a very good experience with her and I was very satisfied. I am very grateful that she has attended my children for several years, and I have 3 of them. Thank you.

She was right! We tested blood work to see if (my son) had what she suspected was something viral. She thought he'd get better in the next few days from seeing her and he did. He is good now. Thank you!

I love the front desk ladies at WeeCare 0-6 months; they both are so sweet and inviting. Every provider we have seen has been kind, professional, has listened to me well and addressed any concerns I've had. The providers have great tips and advice and have helped me gain confidence as a new first time mother. They take the time to educate me with useful information. I really love the books they gift my baby and I. The coupons they share with us are helpful and thoughtful! I thoroughly enjoy my experiences with LSC Pediatrics.
