Dr. Cissell listened to all of my concerns and gave me her feedback. Also, her assistant, which I do not know her name, that did my vitals was wonderful and so very nice.

A full week later, the doctor finally sent a message through MyChart about the results. This was a very stressful week for me. During my appointment, I was told that I have a large cyst, so naturally I was very worried. I would have really appreciated a phone call from the doctor or a nurse as soon as the results were available, especially after I saw them posted in MyChart. The doctor herself was very attentive, and I really liked her.I hope communication can be improved moving forward, as timely updates are very important for patients dealing with serious health concerns.

Cissell is hands down the best OBGYN out there. Coming from someone who refused to see an OBGYN because of a bad experience let me tell you Cissell is a God send. She explains things in a way I can understand, never makes me feel shame or unintelligent, listens and genuinely cares.

My daughter and I love seeing Dr. Cissell! She is very thorough and explains all options in depth. She makes my daughter feel comfortable and safe! I would highly recommend her for young women looking for an ObGyn.

Dr Cissell was professional but also very knowledgeable and put me at ease when I was nervous about the visit. I find all the staff from her assistant to the receptionist are great representatives of Northeast Georgia Physicians Group
