Dr. Novotna is an excellent provider, she listens, takes her time and discusses plan of action if needed. Could not ask for a better Doctor.

Dr. Novotna is and has been an excellent care provider, being sure that needed referrals happen quickly. She respects my wishes about things I don't want. She has responded to life changes as I age and asks just the right questions. I cannot imagine a better primary care-giver than her!

Always understanding and concerned for my well being

Dr. Novotna is excellent at following up and getting back to me on any problems or concerns that arise.

There was a ? About her explaining things that needs additional explanation. I asked her about an off label use of a specific medication. She had not heard of it and immediately started to try to pull up some studies. At that moment the only 2 that came up were from the '70's and '80's. She is doing further research and we will discuss after she has found some answers. Dr Novotna has been my provider for years. She has always been great. If she left your practice so would I. I have a chronic condition and am in the office 2-4 times a year. I always receive great care and consideration of what is going on in my life. She also has a great nurse.

She is patient, meaning I never feel like she is rushing me so that she can move on to her next patient--she asks follow-up questions and checks into what would be best for my overall health. Clear info, easy communication style and friendly demeanor

This was my first visit with this provider after moving to Toccoa. I hope to establish a good working relationship with my new PCP. I have a number of health issues that cannot be initially covered, but we are off to a good start. No complaints.

She not only knew about the heart care she has provided but my other providers - cardiologist, neurologist, and my nephrologist.

I appreciate Dr. Novotna very much. I used to live in the Toccoa area but have moved to Monroe, GA. I drive an hour and a half just to keep her as my Dr. She responds to my patient portal questions in an extremely timely manner, takes me seriously and refers me to great Dr's. She's the best!!!

In all of my 75 years I have had only two GPs who I thought were great: dedicated, informed, up-to-date on latest medical developments, compassionate. Dr. Novotna is one of them.
