Always a good experience and all the staff are very caring making a nerve-racking experience easy as can be. Dr. Nguyen knows her stuff and she is fun to interact with. I probably keep her longer than needed because I talk too much but she is always there to lend an ear. Thank you for Improving and extending the quality of my life! Dr. Nguyen was very thorough helping us communicate with hi dental care practitioners. We appreciate all she did. She is his only doctor that communicates with him using written questions on her computer screen. She can get him to answer questions without having to speak extremely low. He feels included and respected.

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for a couple of years now and I truly enjoy spending time with her. Her bedside manner is attentive and respectful always using a listen first approach. I am in a better place thanks to her guidance and care.

I love the way that Dr. Nguyen has used her computer keyboard and monitor to communicate with my husband who's very hard of hearing. He answers her questions willingly because she writes the questions and addresses him directly and I don't have t answer for him. Her approach gives him back some control of his healthcare. Fantastic!

Dr Nguyen communicates extremely well with him. She has been writing her questions on her computer screen so he can read them. He is very hard of hearing. She gets him to answer her questions and to participate in the appointment process. It's great.

Very good experience with everyone at this visit. Doctor heard and recognized my heart murmur when other doctors have not. She wants to do some tests to see if it's something concerning or not. I appreciate her being proactive and not reactive with my heart health.
