While my eventual visit was not within 15 minutes of my appointment time, that was because Dr. O'Dell spends as much time as is needed with all of her patients. I say that having had that experience with her myself; she never makes me feel rushed and is very patient with my questions and seems to genuinely care about what I have to say. This is much more important to me than being on time, and as a result, I didn't mind the time I spent waiting.

Now yes, I have been coming to Longstreet for, I don't remember how many years, I guess over 20 years. I started back with Dr. Range and picked up with Dr. O'Dell. I've had out of 20 years, one or two bad experiences and they were not really bad at all. Very minor glitches. Very pleased with Dr. O'Dell. Very pleased with her staff, the car, lab technicians every time I've ever had a problem that's been very quickly resolved. Really nothing good things to say about her nurses and PAs.
