I had to wait much too long for the tele-visit to begin. more than an hour wait.

I love Dr Butler. She's so nice and listens to me and helps me every way she can.

Was so happy to see Jennifer Butler on my last visit as she was returning from vacation. Am so totally comfortable with her and confident of her instructions for my health care. She readily answers questions that I may have and follows up on situations as needed. I recently had concerns about one med I use and she promptly addressed the issue, explained how the new med would work for me, etc. I think she is GREAT!

Jennifer is both professional and compassionate. What else does one need!

I have been with LCC since 2008 and find them to be some of the friendliest, kindest and most caring doctors I have ever visited. Their staff is genuinely caring and helpful and their doctors and supporting staff are top notch. If I have to have an oncologist, LCC is the one I would recommend.

Jennifer always goes above and beyond when I see her. She asks questions, she really listens, and I enjoy being her patient. The only problem I have is sometimes the wait times are a little bit longer than they used to be. But other than that, overall, I give the office a 10.
