Everyone at Long Street is cheerful and kind! They asked you continuously. What do you need? Can we help you? Are you okay! They treat family members like their family. Also not just the patient. Can't say enough about Cassie. She's the main nurse in the chemo area. We love her to pieces! Dr. Johnson and his assistant are also amazing!

My experience was great from arrival to departure. The lab crew, the check-in people, the nurses and Jeanette were all wonderful. I appreciate that Jeanette took her time with me, explaining my bloodwork and patiently and fully answering my questions. As promised, she called me the next day to go over my late-arriving iron-related results. Again, she asked me if I had any questions.

I'm a hematology patient of both Jeanette Pirkle, NP and Dr. Andrew Johnson. I've been their patient for over 5 yrs now as an anemia patient. I've always been treated with the upmost respect, caring, knowledgeable and great bedside manner from each. As well as the rest of their staff. Whether it's the front desk, lab, infusion suite, nurses and providers. I would highly recommend each of them to others. I'd rate them each a 10 out of 0-10. In addition, working seamlessly with the rest of my care team of providers as needed.

I have a fear of needles and blood and they always ask if I am ok while doing labs. The lab techs are great with my difficult veins and Jeanette is great at explaining what the results mean and treatment plans

Everything I asked, she answered correctly to my knowledge. She educated me on things I didn't know, and it made me feel comfortable having her as my doctor.

Yes, I'm a patient of Dr. Andrew Johnson and Jeanette Purkle is his nurse practitioner. I see Dr. Johnson every so many visits and then, you know, for a visit and then I'll see Jeanette for maybe three or four visits. She's wonderful. She has, you know, she's very compassionate. She explains things you can understand. She's very encouraging and this recent visit, another medical issue had arisen where I had to go to the ER, referred by another doctor and Jeanette was able to take a look at it and make a referral to a surgeon and she's on top of things.
