Dr. James Taylor is a board‑certified radiation oncologist with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group. He earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year of training.
Dr. Taylor provides comprehensive, compassionate cancer care and specializes in using advanced radiation therapies —including stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), and brachytherapy — to deliver highly targeted treatment with precision. He is dedicated to partnering with patients to help them understand their diagnosis, explore treatment options, and feel supported throughout their care journey.
