Excellent service.

Minimal waiting time with outstanding customer service

The amount of time I was given with the provider is non like any other. I never felt rushed and truly felt like I was given individualized care and empathy.

I felt really listened to and I never felt like my pain or experience was being minimized. I'm a big fan of the treatment plan and everything my doctor has planned going forward

I don't think there's any way that you could improve. It was an incredible experience from scheduling to walking in the door, check-in, then the next phase where like the assistant comes and then Dr. Quinn himself. Everyone was thorough, kind, polite, invested, made us feel important, and especially with such a large and busy clinic, I feel like that is extremely valuable. And then the assistant was super helpful with getting like the MRI report, getting it printed for me so I could take notes on it. And then Dr. Quinn himself was so incredibly thorough, but easy to understand. He was extremely patient. He was extremely clear and helped us feel like we were getting the absolute best care for my daughter. It was incredible. Thank you.

It was easy to get an appointment in a few days and I didn't have to wait to see the doctor when I arrived. Everyone is always nice and helpful, esp. Dr. Quinn.

Longstreet Clinic is very, very, very good.

Dr. Quinn and his nurse, Faith, are excellent providers. They show a caring attitude and provide excellent medical treatment for my arthritis in my knees. They've also treated my hip prior to hip surgery and did a fine job with all of that. They are the most excellent providers I could find for my arthritic knees.

Dr. Quinn listened to me and offered several options to consider which I greatly appreciate.

I live in Dahlonega & could choose a provider that's more conveniently located, but I receive such high quality care that I'm happy to make the drive. Dr. Quinn is great--I am well aware that providers like him are under a lot of pressure to see a lot of patients in a short amount of time, but I never feel rushed because he listens closely & provides thoughtful responses.

Yeah, first, I'm sorry for my language. I'm not good in English, but I will not try to do the best I can. The doctor actually did a great job with me. Right when I do the, I mean, the review, I mistake the first question. I put a one and I'm supposed to put a three. So he really, not really three, number four. He do a good job and I'm so happy with the service that he do. I mean, he really explained to me what's going on. And he explained to me the problem that I got and the procedure that we're going to take to fix my situation. I'm so happy and I really appreciate the doctor. He's a great doctor. I mean, the best doctor that I ever met. And the service on the front desk, the ladies actually treat me great and they actually explained to me everything.

Made time for me and went out of his way to help me out.

Dr. Quinn and his assistant were incredibly patient and empathetic about my situation. He did a thorough physical exam and was well acquainted with my relevant medical history; previous back surgery. He listened and involved me in the treatment plan. Then when I emailed him follow up questions he responded the next morning. He couldn't have been more attentive and professional. Another plus is that as a part of Longstreet Clinic he is associated with Dr. Grunch who is a renown Duke trained neurosurgeon who is highly sought after for the surgery that I'm almost certain to require. I coudn't be in better hands anywhere. I speak as one who worked in the medical field for 45 years.

The lady that took X rays was quick to understand better to illustrate to me in hand placement rather than just telling me. My appointment time was honored as I was seen on time. Dr Quinn did a great job of explaining and diagnosing my trigger thumb and offered different treatment options.

I've never been to an appointment and was actually called on the time scheduled. By the time i checked in, I sat down maybe 2minutes and we were being called. Went to the exam room and the doctor was in within 5 minutes. Their scheduling team needs recognition, really everyone. Great customer service too. My insurance doesn't pay for sports physicals, so I paid cash. I thought they were going to be super expensive but, very reasonable($45). I don't know about any other services and fees. I do recommend giving this location a try.
