Dr. Opsahl was more informed about my media history than any provider I've seen, which was impressive with this being my first visit. He was acknowledged one of my conditions and the role it can play in my health, and most providers dismiss it due to a lack of education about the disorder. He also commended me for my own knowledge about my conditions and comorbidities. He treated me with respect and credited my contribution to the visit, which has never happened before. When you have a misunderstood chronic illness, it's common to be gaslit by providers leaving you with a phobia of seeing any provider especially a new one. His validation gave me such encouragement to continue on my difficult journey.

Dr. Opsahl is very personable. I didn't feel rushed. He addressed my concerns & questions adequately.

I was impressed that Dr Opsahl had information from my PCP's most recent wellness visit.

I arrived slightly late, went almost right in. Took my clipboard in with me. The ladies did my BP and my EKG. I told them my mother's heart valve info for my file. Doc was very prompt, I told him how I'm able to walk up 27 stairs/ 2 platforms at work and only be slightly winded. He listened intently, asked questions. We chatted about cats. I see n.p. Next year.

I have had three cardiologists and an EP doctor over the last few decades and Dr. Opsahl was my favorite. Very down to earth, approachable yet extremely knowledgeable. He listened to me and understood how I envision my healthcare. He offered support, solutions, and gave me excellent advice for the future of my heart. I am very happy to have Dr. Opsahl as a resource and caregiver for my cardiology needs if they should arise. This office was so friendly, clean and welcoming. Dr Opsahl was very patient with her and listened when she sometimes misunderstood what he asked. He also showed concern and was honest with his recommendation. He also showed us a headphone set that we could get to help talk to mom so she can hear!

Referred by my primary care doctor for a heart disturbance which cleared up before I saw Dr. Opsahl. I was very pleased with his attentiveness to my problem, and his advice. I velive his patients are under good care.

First time visit with Dr. Opsahl. He was prepared had my records, listened, answered all my questions & explained everything in a way I could understand. He took his time, made me feel comfortable & listened to. I would highly recommend him.
