Supriya Mannepalli, MD

Meet Dr. Supriya Mannepalli, a board-certified physician at Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG) Infectious Disease. Joining the group in 2013, Dr. Mannepalli specializes in treating infections from different bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi. Common conditions that she treats and manages includes infections of the joints, skin, lungs, urinary tract, as well as infections due to various drug resistant bacteria.

Dr. Mannepalli describes her guiding philosophy of care: "Treat patients with compassion while keeping their safety and well being as the utmost priority." She works with her peer physcians to maintain infection prevention and encourage antibiotic stewardship.

In her free time, Dr. Mannepalli enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and cooking.
